“Really annoyed to see that the description of this product is so misleading. It says "This hand sanitiser comes in a 100ml bottle with a practical lid making frequent use hassle free." NO IT DOESN'T. And it hasn't for some time. The description and photo shows a flip lid that is easy and quick to use. We've had this product with that top. But our last delivery had a screw top that had to be removed to reveal a top with a small hole through which the sanitiser was squeezed. The manufacturer has now decided to remove the top with the small hole so now you unscrew the top and have an open top that you need to be very careful with to avoid pouring a load of sanitiser in your hand. When the description makes such a virtue of a feature that has been removed it is deceptive to continue to advertise the product in this way.”

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear your bottles were different from your last order with us. Unfortunately, manufacturers sometimes make small variations to their products without telling us (label changes, bottle designs etc.) which is difficult for our warehouse staff to pick up on.
