“Still trying this out but so far I've noticed a big improvement in my joint aches and pains but not sure its because of this or not & my mood has stabalised It has a very pleasant minty taste. Very easy to administer. The only negative that I'm currently experiencing since starting this, is that I've started to dream every night. I very rarely dream normaly. I am currently trying to cut down the dosage or stop for a few days a week to see if this makes any difference to the dreaming or the aches and pains.”
