“I’ve used Better You Magnesium for a long time but only just come across the Joint spray with Glucosamine. I have cervical spondylitis or acute arthritis in the neck and also in my hands and wrists. I’m now on my second bottle as it makes a big difference and reduces the pain and the swelling by about 80% in my case. My plumber had a very swollen thumb after hitting it with the hammer. I rubbed so of the spray onto his thumb and within minutes the pain was gone. Magnesium is so essential for over 350 bodily functions and yet difficult to find in our modern diet, so absorbing it through the skin is a very effective way of topping up. I use it on my husband when he gets bad night cramps in his calves or thigh and it sorts it very fast. I can’t recommend this product enough. It’s brilliant”
