###What are the service inclusion criteria?*

Mounjaro KwickPen is suitable for a specific group of individuals who meet the following criteria:

1. **Age Range:** People aged between 18 and 84 years.

2. **BMI Threshold:** People with an initial Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 kg/m² or greater qualify for Mounjaro.

3. **Failed Previous Weight Management Attempts:** The pen is intended for people for whom prior attempts at weight reduction, including supervised diet, behaviour modification, and increased physical activity, have not resulted in a practical and sustainable reduction in weight.

4. **Weight-Related Comorbidities:** People with an initial BMI of 27 kg/m² or greater are also eligible if they have at least one weight-related comorbidity. These comorbidities may include, but are not limited to:

- Hypertension
- Dyslipidaemia
- Obstructive sleep apnoea
- Cardiovascular disease
- Type 2 diabetes mellitus

“I am really impressed with Mountjaro. I am three weeks in and losing weight without any side effects. I just feel less hungry and am eatng less as a result. I have a bunch of fairly serious health conditions which will be helped by weight loss and I did check with my consultant who was fine for me to start Mountjaro. Having done a fair bit of reading & fact finding I am amazed at how elegant a solution it it. By reducing feelings of hunger and slowing the transition of food in the gut you lose weight as a result of a calorie deficit, and it feels entirely normal. I would defintely recommend it.”

“Very pleased with my first experience of Mounjaro This was my first time using Mounjaro and, to be honest, I was quite nervous about starting it. I spent a lot of time researching Mounjaro and comparing different providers before deciding to order from Medino. I've now been using the 2.5 mg KwikPen for a couple of weeks and I'm extremely pleased with how things are going so far. My appetite has noticeably reduced, I'm finding it much easier to control my portions and I've already seen a significant reduction in my weight. I've also continued going to the gym and exercising regularly, and I feel that Mounjaro is helping me make better choices without constantly feeling hungry. One of my biggest concerns before starting was side effects, but thankfully I've had very few problems so far. The pen is also very easy to use once you've got over the initial nerves of doing your first injection. It's still early days, but I'm really pleased that I decided to give Mounjaro a try. Medino made the whole process straightforward and reassuring, and I'm looking forward to continuing my journey and seeing the results over the coming months. “Very good service I felt reassured with the level of information required before they would send the medication. I was quite apprehensive about using it at all but I’ve found it relatively simple so far. I’m losing weight slowly which is great, it’s definitely turned off the ‘food noise’ for me, I’m an evening snacker even after a full meal I’ll go looking for things to eat, this has stopped completely almost without me realising. So far so good!”
