“Amazing cream if you suffer from Atopic Eczema. After using for a full month (it was very dry and hungry!) we are experiencing less flares and his skin is looking plump and healthy. This cream is very good at helping a damaged skin barrier and in my sons case he has a defective barrier which this cream has helped in restoring. I've tried many creams prescribed and shop bought but this is the only one which has healed from the deeper layers of the skin, the others just sat on the skin preventing a little water lose but mainly they would just sit on the skin and not heal. Look up the ingredient - Urea and read how it's an under used ingredient helpful in sealing the cracks not always seen by the eye to prevent those dreadful flare-ups. Definately worth trying and if you do try, remember that if the skin soaks it up and no reactions (do 24hr patch test) then this is a good sign and overtime it will need less as it pumps up and heals.
