“As someone who gets up at 3:45am Mon -Fri for work,means I have to go to bed 8pm most nights and after menopause struggle sometimes , waking up being unsettled, have taken travel sickness tablets & nytol before to help but wake up dehydrated, thought would give these a try and I feel that one tiny gel knocked me out, good sleep, don't remember much so that's a win, will probably just use at weekend to help have a lie in.. 7am”
