“I have been taking Orlistat for 30 days so far, I have lost 12.2lb by having a low fat low calorie diet, it has definitely increased my weight loss, there can be nasty side effects but if you eat 3 times a day and eat between 5g-15g of fat per meal you won't have the side effects or they will be incredibly minor side effects. After 20 years trying everyone way possible including with GP support I struggled to lose weight, this medication has changed my life.”
