“Not loosing wait drastically Orlistat has helped with my previous issues with constipation. Can be a bit drastic if you have eaten fatty meals.”

“I like these because they are a way to teach yourself discipline without using starvation injections! You learn to guage what is too fatty because it'll give you more bowel urgency. I lost 5lb or so in the forat month but the last month has been difficult due to Xmas and being flawed by one of the winter viruses fpr a few weeks but Ieill get myself back into a good regime with them again and lose weight in really stable and sensible way.”
