“One you get used to the impact it has on your output as it were, its a case of managing what you eat better and considering fats, carbs and protein (surely a sensible basis for all diets!) and then it gives you a slow but steady weight lost. I have lost about 3/4 stone in the first couple of months - and hey, no jabs which suits me!”
