“I tried this as a cheaper alternative to the injections and as the 5mg injections did not agree with me. The Orlistat has not had any effect and they have not suppressed my appetite at all, they have just made me gasy”

“It really does work as long as you eat healthy. Side effects calm down after a couple of weeks. If you chose to eat unhealthy on it you will suffer.... be warned”

“This capsule does the job. I take it with fatty meals and I will definitely know if it was fatty. I call it change, orl8stat passes change in the toilet. While trying not to overeat, it gives me security that i can eat and the fat will be taken care of. If only they could do one to absorb sugar! I would recommend it”
