“I’ve just finished my 8th week on orlistat and I’m thrilled with the results — I’ve lost 3 stone! One thing to note is that this medication does not suppress your appetite, so you really need to be disciplined with what you eat and maintain strong willpower. That said, if you stick to a healthy, low-fat diet and incorporate exercise, the results are fantastic. For me, the weight has really started to fall off since combining orlistat with these lifestyle changes. Highly recommend for those committed to the process!”
