“The weight loss is not fast but it helps you to get in tune with your body and recognise what foods you need to be avoiding. The side effects for me lasted around a week and then only when I was eating food I should have been avoiding.”

“Good product not as fast as the other weightloss options but I have lost regular weight and with healthy eating and exercise i have lost nearly 10kg in 6 weeks which is amazing as I was slowly only loosing 0.2kg on average with exercise”
