“Does what it says on the tin. Not to be too crude.... It doesnt do anything automatically. You have to be in the mood for it. Allow about 15 to 30 minutes but works best without food especially when you wake up in the morning (with a cup of tea for you and your partner). My partner isn't bothered either way by I am. Without this I could get it up but wouldn't last a minute, but after taking one tablet I'm good for at least an hour. I'm 70 so need all the help I can get, and I'm very grateful for it”
