“Sildenafil has had a very positive effect on my ability to create and maintain an erection. It appears to work fairly quickly, typically 20-30 minutes. My erection also lasts much longer, even after ejaculation. There are some very mild side effects (mild flushing of the face) but this is small price to pay to experience the enormous benefits.”
