The Celtic Triskele Bodhran Derived from the Greek word "Triskeles" meaning "three legs", the Triskele or Triple Spiral is a complex ancient Celtic symbol.
The Triskele gained popularity in its use within the Celtic culture from 500BC onwards. This archaic symbol is one of the most convoluted to decipher as symbolists believe it is reflective of many areas of culture from the time. “I really didn't expect this good quality at this price. I bought this for my 5-year-old daughter who is really interested in my bigger bodhrán but it is too big for her to play so I found out that this would be a really good size for her and I was right. Just perfect for her hands. The drum has really good-feeling skin and the sound is nice. What I find surprising, I like to play it too and it doesn't feel like a children's instrument in a bad way. It is small and I prefer a bigger drum but this is still not bad at all. A quality instrument with a nice tone.”

“Love the Bodhran My experience has been very refreshing! I bought a starter Bodhran, it's beautiful, it was packaged very well and arrived in due time! The DVD with a lesson is a bonus!
