McNeela Celtic hounds Bodhran
The Celtic hounds were a breed of dogs in Gaelic Ireland described in Irish legend. Celtic Hounds can be found in Celtic jewellery designs and paintings as far back as the 17th century. Celtic Hounds symbolise hunting, healing, and the Otherworld in Celtic legends. Hounds were the traditional guardian animals of roads and crossways and are believed to protect and guide the lost souls of the Otherworld.
This is a great quality 12" Celtic bodhrán which features a very attractive screen printed Celtic design and is made by McNeela Music. A wonderful Irish bodhrán.

“Waited until after Christmas to write this review as it was a gift for my nephew...who is already a drummer but not familiar with the Bodhran. He loved it. As far as the ordering process it couldn't have been easier and arrived a lot faster than things I ordered here in the states. Do thank you so much for an outstanding experience!”
