This is a reasonably priced flute. It was delivered from oversea's in a timely manner. The flute has a nice tone. I feel the upper register is slightly out of tune, but I am sure I can work on my skills to improve it. The flute head is ok, but nothing exceptional here. As a tin whistle it performs well enough for my own personal enjoyment. Overall, an ok whistle for the price.

Lovely tone. A bit problematic for me because my hands are too small and I have difficulty for that reason, but it has nothing to do with the instrument- just something to keep in mind if you have small hands.

With a bit of practice, and maybe the Piper's Grip technique, it should be possible to get used to it! Thank you for the review Barbara. Here's a link for more information on the piper's grip - very handy for those with small hands playing these bigger wind instruments: https://blog.mcneelamusic.com/the-pipers-grip-for-irish-simple-system-flute-players/

Great sound. Very airy on c natural but nothing alternative fingering can't address. Packaging shattered in transit however the instrument itself is built like a brick and thus unharmed and plays beautifully.

Remarkable tin whistle! It's a great tin whistle. Very mellow sound and the loudness is consistent in both registers.
