Tony Dixon Manufacturing has pleasure in introducing the redesigned and improved Tuneable C Whistle with an aluminium body. The DX006 "C" incorporates the internal tuning slide on an aluminium bodied high C. The ABS head tunes on a solid nickel slide, fixed in the aluminium body, resulting in a solid, bright tone; an exciting addition to the Dixon family of whistles.

“The whistle arrived quickly and in fine condition. The customer service I received from Aaron was first rate and he helped me resolve some shipping issues related to South Africa. The whistle has a very clear bright tone and intonation is good. The build quality is first class and outshines my other soprano whistles. It is easy to play once breath control is adjusted and the finger spacing is excellent. This is a product I would buy again.”

“Trad Pro problem. The tin whistle and related communication with Miriam was wonderful. However, the company did not ship my Trad Pro case and it took several emails to finally get it. It finally came and is fine. However, I hope the communication can be maintained at a high level - would like to buy more from you.”

“The Tony Dixon DX006 aluminium whistle is a joy to play as a truly musical instrument. I chose it after looking for higher quality whistles online, for great musical tone and full-range playability, and in YouTube videos the DX006 jumped out as having particularly clear nice tone while also having very precise notes and great intonation. It compares very well against higher priced whistles from top brands. Now having played it myself, it's all true. It's a higher quality whistle that takes just a little time to realize the air pressure difference needed in each octave range, and expecting this, after just a little practice time (I'm a loud flute player, so this self-control I'm used to developing), I've got it going smoothly and the notes are under my control. I wanted a whistle that encourages me to practice and improve my skills and the DX006 performs!”
