Inspiration first struck when Tony’s son came home from school one day wanting to learn the flute. With his son being of a young age, and the probability of him having a new favourite instrument tomorrow being quite likely, Tony decided to give a go at making a simple six hole flute to see if the commitment would last.
The head teacher of his son’s school admired Tony’s initial effort and suggested he try and market it as an entry level instrument. Tony took the advice and sent it to a distributor who liked it and immediately placed an order and the rest, as they say, is history! Today his quality instruments are sold and played worldwide.

“Sounds Beautiful. First I am not a musician, I bought this whistle for my boyfriend who plays in a session, which we have been missing during the shut down, so my perspective is 100% as a listener of Irish music. This whistle is soft and clean and has just a bit of that haunting quality on slower songs. It is bright and soaring on reels and jigs. And it is pleasant to listen to even in tight places. He plays it in my Kia when we go on drives and my tween even is happy to hear it for hours in the car.”

“Very Easy to Play and Great for Learning Fingering. If one has bad breathing technique, the instrument will easily play. The fingers thus in turn work in turn with the music. This instrument will help with tuning and how to finger. Harder instruments are worth purchasing as well as to properly breathe for overall wellness. This instrument should be purchased first for rote memory, tuning, and learning how to finger.”

“Lovely Tin Whistle for beginners. Very lovely sound. The holes on the lower part are close enough so that every tone can quickly be found. This Tin Whistle is rather easy to play even for beginners like my husband and me.”
