“I recently purchased a traditional Irish whistle on sale and am pleased with the quality and service. Delivery to the USA was very prompt and the website easy to use. Despite the quality of the whistle, there is no guarantee I will learn to play it well. ;-)”

“This whistle plays smoothly with a good tone. Loud enough to be heard in most session playing but not too loud that your partner gets upset when you're practicing (different story for my cat). Tunable and pretty much in tune once you make the A adjustment.”

“As a pure novice on the whistle, I don't think that my review will hold much water. That being said, as I begin to grow a little more comfortable in blowing in the right amount of air...not too much...not too little...my Trad D begins to sound really good. Scratching out tunes is a big learning curve for me due to my total inexperience...but taking it slow, and learning the notes...it's all "starting" to come together. I'm very pleased with my purchase and am sure that as I learn my appreciation of this simple, but well made musical instument will grow.”

“Good enough for the pocket, on those night when a session kicks off, the brass has a sweeter timbre, than some entry level Whistles. Good go to instrument.”
