“This whistle rates very high on my list of of the better inexpensive high D penny whistles. As I cannot afford any of the top end instruments, some of which have a very clear but smooth and pure tones, I will have to say that this Dixon should supply even the most picky of whistle players...heck, it satisfies me!!!!!”
