This double ribbed bodhran beater is weighted at both ends and gives great control to the stroke of the bodhran. It is double ribbed for a better grip. It is 210mm (8.25") long. There are a lot of different shapes of beaters and most bodhran players have a variety of beaters. The type you use is all down to personal preference

“I especially like this tipper to play jigs. It is good balanced, weight is not heavy despite it is weighed and the sound coming from is really deep. I love it. Service of Irish Music was great, next day home as they said. Thanks!”
