Terrible experience, communication was aggressive, the app was in effective, four phone calls for an on line service is just wrong. Yes I saved a few quid but it really wasn’t worth it, I truly hope I don’t need to use this policy for any sort of claim.

No major dramas to get insurance,just had to provide some additional details.

Numerous calls made on things they failed to action i.e. my Identity which I provided more than once. Wouldn't accept ncb from two different companies over two years. Said it had to come from only one company. Also they queried dt8 which was the Christian name on my file with mcn which I tried to change but your system wouldn't change. Cancelled policy on 15th day got less than 50percent back. Bloody rip off.

Good value for. Lots of add on options, so can taylor your insurance for your needs.
