“Bought my insurance online but had issue when emailing my documents to them. Spoke with lovely woman agent on phone who tried her best to help me. Her supervisor however let Bikesure down when dealing with me. I had no photo licence to send due to DVLA medical department processing my application. I emailed a copy of the cover letter from DVLA. This letter as I explained could be shown to police if stopped until I was issued a new licence which covered me for a year. The supervisor however made every excuse not to insure me and I was made to feel discriminated against by her. Bikesure advertise as being a free thinking insurance company but I found this to be totally the opposite. I am now insured with another reputable company with absolutely no problem whatsoever with a multi-bike policy. I would not recommend Bikesure at all as I found them very awkward and stressful to deal with. Jim Dobie”
