“After 10 years gap from cycling I was finding my old manual bike too much hard work to ride, with a struggle getting up hills. I therefore got an x-cross ebike from my friend Ed at mark 2 which I absolutely love. Am now out riding 10-15 miles to get exercise every day and sometimes use to get to work instead of the car. Excellent - thoroughly recommend!”

“I did some research before taking the plunge and buying my Mark2 X-Cross Electric Bike so I had some idea about the capabilities and prices of these bike. On viewing this bike it was immediately apparent that this ticked all the boxes and the after sales support offered made making the decision to buy very easy. I collected my bike a couple of working days later, and I have been out riding it daily since. I now feel confident enough to say it is fantastic, and it has enabled me to get about the countryside, view the passing scenery, and do it all without the physical pain I experienced on my pedal bike. I would like to thank Ed for his help during the purchasing process, and recommend this bike to anybody who has got bored suffering on a pedal bike but would still like to get out and about in the countryside.”

“Very happy with the x cross, i am probably able to get around 80-90 miles on 1 charge but top it up at about 60 miles with 2 bars left on screen. my only minor problem (with me being well over 6 foot) is the handle bars have no height adjustment so i am slightly slouched while riding and this is the only reason i do not give 5 *”

“Delivery of the x-cross was very prompt, assembly was easy thanks to the well illustrated user manual. Charged battery for 24 hrs as instructions. Have ridden over 40 miles on three rides battery is still showing as full, so very impressed at this point. Stan”

“I am a 66 year old guy who had not been on a bike for 30 odd years before I took the plunge and opted for the Mark2 Xcross. The bike arrived two days after placing the order and it was superb! The build quality is impressive and the components are all high quality branded items that should last. As I was really lacking in cycling skills I took my time and built up my confidence on the Mark2 by cycling around a deserted car park, but actually it did not take long to get up to speed ( no pun intended) and I’m delighted with my purchase. After sales service is first class, with emails replied to promptly and very informative. A minor criticism: the bike has 28” wheels and thus higher than I expected. I’m 5’10 and my feet can just reach the ground, so if you are a smaller person you might want to check out the step through option.”
