Thank you, Shirley, Yellow is one of my husbands favourite, but I will point out that the last batch was milder than it should have been. There are advantages in using fresh natural products from local producers, but the disadvantage is that the spice level of the chillis can vary from batch to batch. We do not produce in such volumes that the average from multi-sources balances out. Jum
