“A nice paste that produced a good tasting curry, but like all pastes they are just too spicy which is a real shame, and I like spicy (Madras Type Heat). Its much easier to add extra heat but near impossible to reduce it. Please, Please remove the seeds from the chillis or use milder versions, but definietly one of the best pastes ive tried”

Thank you so much for your feedback. It offers us a chance to share our experiences with our customers too. As a Thai person, my aim has been to bring to the UK a curry paste that is as authentic as possible. It is actually based on my grandmother's recipe and has the same taste and spiciness as my family has grown up with. I do however agree that you can add always add more heat. But, and there is a but, we do use good quality ingredients, and the paste is quite concentrated compared to others, so may I suggest trying half the quantity of paste. The spiciness will be milder, but you will not lose the balance of flavour because the other tastes will come through. Please give it a go, and let me know what you think.
