“I made a prawn panang curry which tasted so authentic and delicious and was so easy to make . This one is definitely my favourite . It’s got a quite a bite to it but not too hot for my taste.”

“Although it was very good it was a little underwhelming as I was expecting great things. It may have been the shrimp paste I added that changed the flavour. The last time I made it (without shrimp paste) it was amazingly good. Just like in a Thai restaurant. I will try it again without the shrimp paste.”
