“I love this curry paste, can’t believe I’ve found something so tasty that I can eat. I suffer with a multitude of serious food allergies but these pastes do not contain any of the foods stuffs I’m unable to eat . They are delicious and fresh tasting . I personally prefer the milder pastes.”

Hi Donna, I didn't see you left another review on the paste. I am so pleased to read that even with your allergies, you were able to use our paste. Did we meet at the Horsham market? If not, then someone else also had the very same comments. If you prefer milder taste, try adding half the amount of paste, you will still get the aroma and taste provide but it will be less intense....doesn't apply to the Jungle, that has to be hot, hot , hot. Hello Graham, We are very sorry to hear that we have not met your expectation with our Panang Curry Paste. Both the Panang and Massaman have complex flavours, with the Panang having 14 different ingredients. The recipe is my grandmother's so it is to a traditional blend from the South of Thailand where I was born. It is quite likely that it is dissimilar to other commercial brands. However, it is important that we get genuine feedback; we appreciate your time in responding. Would it be possible for you o review other pastes in our range to see if you like those?
