“This is the first time trying Mae Jum products, and I must say that they are definitely the nicest paste I have ever tried. It reminds me of the food I ate on my trip to Thailand. The flavour and spice were just right, I am not a fan of spicy food - so this was a perfect pack for me.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Some of our pastes can be spicy, although the Massaman is quite mild. However, by using less paste, you can reduce the heat without losing the aroma and flavour. Jum

“Excellent mix of spices. Like the fact that I can store part of the pack in the fridge for up to 14 days. Would appreciate more recipes especially vegetarian dishes.”

Thank you Jim for your feedback. We are pleased you are enjoying my spice paste. You can also freeze the paste once opened, for a further 3 months. We are hoping to dedicate some more time (between our day jobs) to build up our recipe potfolio.....we are still learning the ropes. We will make sure we include some vegetarian dishes, which I enjoy cooking at home. Kind regards Jum
