“After trying the starter selection pack this is THE goto site for Thai curry pastes, the Massaman and Panang pastes are regular meals in our house and the kids really enjoy them, my daughter describes the potatoes as "banging"! I tend to make half the amount of ingredients and this results in a really flavoursome dish, also use a red onion as well.”
