“Only rated as poor as it never arrived, it might be great... I was surprised to be asked to review a product that I had not yet received, I presumed this meant it would soon be arriving. One day later and I’ve received a refund with no explanation. Not great considering this was a Christmas present and I now have 1 day to sort something and don’t particularly want to go to the shops with how quickly covid is spreading...disappointed. Was my item out of stock? did you never have it? What happened?”

“Beautiful lantern with bright LED light which shines brightly in the evening exactly like the picture! No instructions with it though and I had to look for the on/off switch which is at the back of the solar panel which I didn?t realise so the first evening it didn?t come on. Once I located the switch the next day, the following evening it shone brightly And cascaded a lovely patterned light through the lantern. I?m very happy with it and would certainly purchase another one!?”
