I am sorry you are unhappy with the service you received. These solar lights were not in stock when you placed your order and unfortunately subsequently the manufacturers had to temporarily cease production due to Covid-19. We did try to explain the reason behind the delay but this was obviously not accepted. This was a situation that was completely out of our and our suppliers hands. It took the factory longer than expected to get back to speed hence delivery dates were missed. Your refund was not processed because at the last communication we advised the order was on the way to you and I note it was delivered on 2nd September at 08:45.
