“Very nice overall experience. We had a damage in an order; Communication with customersupport was excellent, and the fact you agreed the solution I proposed was great; we send back the damaged lounger and at the same time you send us a new one. I beleive this is the best experience I ever had with a customer support. Also the quality of the furniture is great. We enjoy it a lot! Thank you very much.”

“Très bon prix. La chaise que nous avons commandé a été endommagée mais la communication avec le service client a été excellente. Vous avez été d'accord avec la solution que nous avons proposé et c'est super. Vous nous avez envoyé une nouvelle chaise longue en même temps que nous vous avons rendu celle qui était endommagée. C'est la première fois que les choses se passent aussi bien avec un service client. De plus la chaise longue est de très bonne qualité. Nous l'apprécions énormément. Merci beaucoup.”
