“I bought 2 loungers. The delivery was fairly quick although a little longer than usual due to current issues. The loungers were good quality, although one of the pre assembled sections was a little out and another only part drilled which made assembly difficult but not impossible. Originally we thought we had an issue with the wheel legs on one as they appeared to be incorrectly drilled and the wheels moved left to right instead of forwards and backwards. After raising a concern, 2 new legs were ordered, however we then got a call to advise us to swap the legs as this turns them 90 degrees. This solved the problem. Bottom line here is the instructions/labling of parts could be better but service is excellent.”

“Erg blij mee Combineert mooi met de tuinmeubelen die we een paar jaar geleden gekocht hebben. Zeer snelle levering. Comfortabel en ik vind de verstelbare hoofdsteun heel fijn. Geen aarzeling om aan te bevelen.”

“Ordering procedure and delivery was excellent. The quality of the product is good although the cushions could be a bit thicker. The reason I have not given 5 stars is that the colour and photo were misleading Antique Bronze which was ordered is almost black and do match my bronze patio set”

“Product good however the bolt caps were missing and although the casting had countersinking in places it was not consistent and are the fixings stainless steel because I feel that they should be. The hinged back would benefit from hinges with shanks on the bolts rather than threads.”
