Rob Aland, Wijdewormer

It’s not the first time we’ve ordered from Lazy Susan, and I’m equally pleased with this purchase. The bench was delivered quickly and well packaged. The furniture is used regularly, weather dependent, and we love both the appearance and functionality. Would recommend it.

I struggled to assemble this bench. It turned out to be faulty. The company advised me "to place the bench back face down flat on the ground and raise it a small amount off the ground using 4 wooden blocks....... protect the back using cardboard or cloth. Using a mallet or hammer, strike the rear side of the bench back at either end centrally between the blocks of timber. Two firm hammer blows should be enough to create the required curve". They offered me compensation. I declined to do this and was offered a full refund. The scrap has gone for recycling.
