“I bought a Lazy Susan garden table and chairs about 4 years ago and it's as good as the day I got it - no flaking or chips whatsoever. I felt confident ordering two matching garden benches and they came in very good time. There was a slight problem with constructing one of them (honestly, nothing dramatic) and they sent me a little tool to fix it, which it did. I phoned them to discuss it, and got a human being straight away! That's a rarity and means so much. They're a lovely company to deal with, very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.”

“J'ai commandé un banc Rose - Bronze Ancien pour accompagner une table et des chaises achetées il y a plusieurs années. La livraison a été très efficace et le banc très bien emballé. Au montage j'ai trouvé un défaut sur le bras du banc, j'ai été très déçu. J'ai contacté le service d'assistance de Lazy Susan et il a été convenu qu'un bras de remplacement serait envoyé. Après une semaine, cette livraison a été reçue et le banc est maintenant parfait. Un immense « Merci » à Valentina qui a traité ce problème de manière serviable et professionnelle, me laissant un client très satisfait. Un service de qualité pour un produit de qualité.”
