“We hadden een kleine reden om contact op te nemen met Lazy Susan met betrekking tot een tuintafel die we een paar jaar geleden hadden gekocht. De service die we ontvingen was uitstekend, niet alleen door de oplossing die ze boden, de snelheid, maar ook door de aangename en beleefde manier, hoe verfrissend. Fantastische service en we zullen vrienden en familie blijven aanbevelen om er te bestellen; Dergelijke bedrijven verdienen lof zodat ze kunnen voortbestaan, ze geven een voorbeeld waar anderen goed aan zouden doen te volgen.”

“We needed to order on the phone since we couldn't put through our bank details online. Very friendly service. Delivery was speedy - without any notification from the carrier though. Delivery came on a pallet. Tons of cardboard and bubble wrap. I tried to recycle everything in the garden. Assembly took a long time, 6 hours for the chairs alone. The issue was with the English measurements on the screws and with the primitive tools. A proper wrench comes in handy. The underring of the Lazy Susan was damaged, the balls fell out. But this was replaced without any issues. The screws are not good quality. However, everything looks marvellous when ready. And the chairs are super comfortable with the cushions. It will hopefully last for 20 years. I will plant 2 trees in order to compensate for the production of the material.”

“Bestellung klappte nur per Telefon, da sie bei den Bankdatenangaben nicht durchging online. Sehr freundliche Annahme. Lieferung klappte schnell. Allerdings ohne vorherige Anmeldung des Paketdienstes. Lieferung kam auf Palette. Eine Menge Pappe und Luftpolster. Ich versuche, alles weiter zu verwenden im Garten und zum Filzen. Zusammenschrauben dauerte sehr lange, allein die Stühle 6 Stunden. Problem waren die englischen Maße der Schrauben und das primitive Werkzeug dafür. Eine Ratsche ist da sehr hilfreich. Der innere Ring der Drehscheibe war defekt, sodass die Kugeln etc herausfielen. Aber der Ersatz wurde problemlos ausgetauscht. Schrauben sind minderwertig. Fertiggestellt sieht alles aber wunderbar aus. Und wenn auf den Stühlen noch Polster sind, sind sie super bequem. Das Material überzeugt hoffentlich auch noch in 20 Jahren. 2 Bäume werde ich zum Ausgleich für die Herstellung, das Material pflanzen.”

The furniture was easy to assemble (in fact my 14 and 12 year olds built it all with some help with the heavy table) and it looks fantastic. ***, who dealt with my issues, was amazing and couldn't have been more helpful.
