“The furniture is lovely and the ordering process was faultless, everyone was very helpful, even to the point of arranging an early delivery at the weekend as they were in the area. We had a problem with a couple of chairs initially, but this was sorted out straight away and replacement parts sent. Some of the fittings were a little tight to put together but the instructions were clear and we got there with a bit of elbow grease! We are delighted with the free garden bench too. We would highly recommend Lazy Susan, now we just need plenty of sunshine to enjoy it all.”

“We went to the showroom before deciding to buy and were impressed with the quality of the product and the huge stock that they carried. The staff were friendly and helpful. Having placed the order, the following day we made a change to the chair cushions we had chosen. This was not a problem and the sales girl happily made the change we requested. The chairs and table were delivered on the day we expected but unfortunately there was minor damage to the parasol. This was replaced within 48hrs without quibble. We had excellent service from Lazy Susan and would not hesitate to recommend them and their products.”

“Alvorens we besloten te kopen gingen we naar de showroom en we waren onder de indruk van de kwaliteit van het product en de enorme voorraad die ze hadden. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De dag nadat we de bestelling geplaatst hadden wilden we een wijziging aanbrengen in de tuinkussens die we gekozen hadden. Dit was geen probleem en het meisje van de verkoop maakte de aangevraagde wijziging. De tuinstoelen en de tuintafel werden op de door ons verwachte dag geleverd maar helaas was er een kleine beschadiging aan de parasol. Deze was zonder ophef binnen 48 uur vervangen. De service die we van Lazy Susan Tuinmeubelen kregen was uitstekend en we kunnen hen en hun producten zonder meer aanbevelen.”

“Vor unserer Kaufentscheidung haben wir den Ausstellungsraum besucht und waren von der Qualität der Produkte und der umfangreichen Produktpalette sehr beeindruckt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und kompetent. Nachdem wir die Bestellung aufgegeben hatten, wollten wir am nächsten Tag eine Änderung bei den Sitzkissen vornehmen, die wir ausgewählt hatten. Das war überhaupt kein Problem und die junge Dame hat die Änderung sofort umgesetzt. Tisch und Stühle wurden am gewünschten Tag geliefert, aber leider hatte der Sonnenschirm einen leichten Defekt. Innerhalb von 48 Stunden wurde das Produkt ausgetauscht. Ohne Faxen zu machen. WIr haben also einen hervorragenden Service von Lazy Susan erhalten und können die Firma und ihre Produkte vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.”
