“Ich bin mit meinem Kauf von neulich sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte bei Ihnen einen Tisch und passende Stühle gekauft. Der ganze Kaufvorgang war ein Musterbeispiel für exzellenten Kundenservice und keine meiner Fragen war Ihnen zu trivial und Sie haben immer ausführlich und kompetent geantwortet. Ich war außerordentlich beeindruckt von der Möglichkeit gegen nur geringen Aufpreis eine Samstagszustellung zu buchen und als ich zu meinem Schrecken bemerkte, dass ich vergessen hatte, einen gewissen Artikel zu bestellen, wurde dieses Versäumnis schnell durch einen Telefonanruf korrigiert und SIe haben den fehlenden Artikel noch mit in die Bestellung aufgenommen (und das an einem Sonntag!!). Der Tisch war sehr einfach aufzubauen und ich bin von der Qualität des gesamten Sets sehr angetan. Ich werde Sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und freue mich darauf, Ihre Gartenmöbel die kommenden Jahre eifrig benutzen zu können.”

“Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gartentisch und den Gartenstühlen, die ich kürzlich bei Ihnen gekauft habe. Der gesamte Prozess war ein Lob für den großartigen Kundenservice und keine Frage war zu trivial für eine Antwort. Besonders beeindruckt war ich von der Möglichkeit, die Lieferung am Samstag für minimale Zusatzkosten zu erhalten. Als ich merkte, dass ich einen Artikel vergessen hatte, wurde das mit einem Anruf und Ihrer Antwort an einem Sonntag schnell behoben!!! Der Gartentisch war sehr einfach zu montieren und ich bin beeindruckt von der Qualität des gesamten Gartensets. Ich werde Sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und freue mich darauf, den Gartentisch und die Stühle noch viele Jahre lang zu benutzen. Lorraine Bray-Cotton. 5 Sterne von 5.”

“I am very pleased with the recent purchase of table and chairs from yourselves. The whole process was a testament to great customer service and no question was too trivial for a response. I was particularly impressed with the ability to book a Saturday delivery for a very small cost and when I realised I had not ordered one item this was quickly rectified with a phone call and a response from yourselves on a Sunday!! The table was very easy to put together and I am impressed with the quality of the whole set. I would definitely recommend you and look forward to using table and chairs for many years to come. “Dear All, Thank you for the excellent and very speedy service. I ordered your OLIVIA set at lunch time yesterday and it was delivered safe and well by 9.30 this morning! It was simple to assemble and is now taking pride of place on the patio. I am delighted with the quality and appearance of the whole set.”

“We visited Lazy Susan and ended up ordering the 8 seater Olivia - a larger table than we had intended. We also bought a bench and small table which are ideal for next to the barbeque! We are delighted that we did as it all looks wonderful on our new patio. The furniture is of high quality and we are sure it will look good for many years to come. The service was courteous and efficient throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend the furniture nor the company. Tony”

“This is a great company. The product looks good and really sets off our outdoor area. The initial service and delivery were without fault and the after sales service has been second to none.
