“The customer service we received was prompt and efficient. We are very pleased with the quality of the product - the only slight issue was that the plastic screw caps do not stay on very well - everything else went together easily. I have already recommended the site to other friends.”

“We ordered on-line on Saturday afternoon, and our furniture was delivered on Wednesday as I had requested. There was full e-mail contact but as everything went so smoothly, we didn't need to contact anyone else. Full Marks for ease and efficiency.”

“We bought the 180cm Olivia Round Table and 8 x Maria Chairs. We have submitted a picture to the customer photograph album- as you can see from the photograph the Garden Set looks amazing. Excellent quality and easy to follow instructions for construction. We are very pleased with our purchase and cannot wait to invite family and friends for a BBQ. Online ordering very easy, we wanted to amend our order to change the colour of the seat cushions and parasol, this was done with ease by email. Delivery of furniture received on time. “Just a note to say how delighted I was with my delivery of your patio furniture. It can be hard when you buy from the internet as you have no real idea of the weight and quality of the items you are purchasing until they are delivered. However, I couldn't be more pleased with the set. It is even nicer than presented on your website. The table and chairs are so solid and generous in size and the cushions wipe clean and can also be washed in the event of a real catastrophe. I feel that they will last for many years and look forward to seeing how well they will cope the the type of winters we have been experiencing of late. I would also like to thank you for all your help and advise and for your action in dealing with the faulty parasol which you so promptly replaced.
