“Je décrirais vos services et assistance client à n’importe qui achetant chez vous comme excellents. J’ai eu besoin d’assistance et vous vous en êtes occupés rapidement, poliment et avez offert de bonne volonté une compensation pour arranger les choses. Vous n’auriez pas pu davantage vous mettre au diapason. Je n’hésiterais pas à acheter chez vous à nouveau. Si seulement toutes les sociétés étaient aussi dignes de confiance.”
