“Uitstekende service en levering. De kleinen plastic afdekkapjes voor de bouten pasten echter niet, binnen enkele minuten vielen ze er all 8 vanaf wat teleurstellend was.”

“Exzellenter Service und problemfreie Lieferung, jedoch passen die kleinen Kunststoffabdeckungen für die Muttern nicht so ganz und 8 Stück fielen innerhalb von Minuten ab, was doch eine kleine Enttäuschung darstellte."”

“De klantenservice die we ontvingen was erg snel en efficiënt. We zijn erg content met de kwaliteit van het product – het enige kleine probleempje was dat de plastic afdekkapjes niet goed bleven zitten – al het andere paste heel goed en was gemakkelijk in elkaar te zetten. Ik heb de website al aan andere vrienden aanbevolen.”

“Der Kundenservice, den wir bei LS genießen durften, hat uns sehr imponiert. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Produktqualität - nur ist un s aufgefallen, dass die Plastikschraubenkappen nicht sehr gut auf den Schrauben halten - alles andere hat wunderbar geklappt. Ich habe die Website bereits Freunden von mir empfohlen.”

“Nous avons commandé en ligne un samedi après-midi, et nos meubles de jardin ont été livrés le mercredi comme je l’avais demandé. Il y avait un contact permanent par email mais tout s’est passé sans encombres, nous n’avons pas eu besoin de contacter qui que ce soit d’autre. Meilleure note pour la facilité et l’efficacité.”

“We ordered on-line on Saturday afternoon, and our furniture was delivered on Wednesday as I had requested. There was full e-mail contact but as everything went so smoothly, we didn't need to contact anyone else. Full Marks for ease and efficiency.”
