“Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt und mit dem Kundenservice, angefangen von meinern ersten Erkundigungen bis zur Lieferung. Einige Stellen in der Aufbauanleitung waren nicht ganz leicht zu entziffern und manche Erklörungen kamen mir etwas widersprüchlich vor, aber es hat trotzdem geklappt!”

“Very happy with the product, and customer service from initial enquiry through to delivery. Some shortcomings in guidance and information relating to assembly - procedure not always obvious, and some discrepancies in numbers of required parts for assembly - some items short, others the opposite.”

“Abgesehen davon, dass der Lieferfahrer mich mit den ziemlich großen, sperrigen Paketen allein hat dastehen lassen, ist alles in Ordnung. Heute habe ich bei Lazy Susan nachgefragt wegen eines Tisches, von dem ich gedacht hatte, dass ich ihn bestellt hätte (hatte ich aber nicht) und er wurde mir prompt zu einem reduzierten Sonderpreis angeboten-toller Service! Ich liebe diese Gartenmöbel- hoffe, dass ich sie bald bei schönem Wetter benutzen kann!”

“Aside form the delivery driver leaving me to struggle with some rather bulky boxes, everything went okay! Today I called to esquire about a table which I thought I had ordered (but hadn't) and was offered it at the discounted price- good service! Love the furniture- hope to get using it soon!”

“Alles war brillant bis zur Lieferung. Wissen Sie, die Lieferung war bis 12 Uhr vereinbart gewesen und dann ist es nach 12 Uhr und es ist immer noch nichts da, das hat schon gefrustet, aber immerhin sind dies Sachen dann doch noch um 13:45 Uhr angekommen.”
