“Having spent the day waiting for my table and chairs to be delivered i was more than a little upset having spoken to Lazy Susan only to find out that the order was not dispatched. You would expect perhaps that this review would be very negative. Lazy Susan were very apologetic and it appeared to be a genuine mistake. They then went on to make sure the the delivery was made to my convenience (no all day waiting this time) and they even threw in an additional item. Very good customer service and a great quality product.”

“Der Sonderpreis auf der Website erschien leider nicht auf der Rechnung für meine April Gartenbank, sondern es wurde der normale Preis berechnet. Ich rief also bei Lazy Susan an und meine Rechnung wurde korrigiert. Die Lieferung erfolgte dann pünktlich, leider fehlten 4 Sithkissen und ich musste wieder anrufen, Die Kissen werden Montag geliefert.”

“On the Web site the offer for the reduced price for the April bench did not get taken off the invoice. I had to call to get the invoice reduced. Every thing else was OK till the goods arrived and I was 4 seat pads short. Had to call again and they will be delivered on Monday.”

“Ich kann diese Firma definitiv empfehlen. Wir haben überall in vielen Geschäften und Onlineshops nach den richtigen Gartenmöbeln gefahndet und sind dann bei Lazy Susan gelandet. Nicht bei uns um die Ecke aber den Besuch unbedingt wert um im Ausstellungsraum eine tolle Kollektion zu bewundern. Der Kundenservice war toll. Man hat sich persönlich um uns geküümert und uns die Fabrik gezeigt und die ganze Produktpalette. Exzellenter Service - höflich und hilfsbereit und ohne irgendwelchen Druck auf uns auszuüben. WIr haben gekauft und haben ein gutes Geschäft gemacht, denn wir haben einen zweiten Tisch zu einem tollen reduzierten Preis bekommen (einen Bistro Tisch) und SItzkissen. Vielen Dank!”

“I can definitely recommend this company. We looked around all the usual places for garden furniture and then came across Lay Susan. Not nearby for us but worth the trip to see the large selection. Service was great. We were personally met at the factory and shown the range of furniture available. Excellent service - polite and helpful without any pressure to buy. We did buy and got a good deal on a second table (bistro) and cushions. Thanks Rob and Barbara”
