“Nice greeting on the phone, quick shipping of the packages. The set is splendid, I do not regret ordering it. Only one chair has a defect and I am going to contact them to have it replaced.”

“Good customer service and prompt delivery. Although accepting that the product needs protecting during transit, the quantity/style of packing was over the top. For one table/chair set, it took over an hour to remove all the packaging. There must have been about a mile of sellotape for example.”

“I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the garden furniture I've recently bought from Lazy Susan. The order was very easy to place on the website and, once I'd spoken to one of the team, my furniture was delivered within a couple of days. All really well packaged to ensure nothing was damaged in transit and straightforward to assemble. The only slight initial delay was in me waiting for them to contact me to arrange delivery (which is what the confirmation from Sagepay said would happen) when actually they were expecting me to call them! All ok in the end though.”

“I would recommend you products to others, very pleased with the table and 6 chairs purchased, my only comments would be bottom tube on parasol could be heavier gauge as this is easily creased, also the seat cushions are not a perfect fit with the seats. But all in all a very good product”

“Very good service. The parasol base was missing at delivery but was immediately sent back to us. When assembling a bistro table we had a defect thread and the table was replaced without problem. We are very happy with the whole garden set and the quality of the service.”
