“Aside form the delivery driver leaving me to struggle with some rather bulky boxes, everything went okay! Today I called to esquire about a table which I thought I had ordered (but hadn't) and was offered it at the discounted price- good service! Love the furniture- hope to get using it soon!”

“Afgezien van het feit dat de chauffeur me met een aantal nogal onhandzame dozen achterliet verliep alles prima! Vandaag belde ik op om navraag te doen over een tuintafel waarvan ik dacht dat ik hem besteld had (niet dus) en hij werd me met korting aangeboden – goede service! Ben gek op de tuinmeubelen – hoop dat ik ze snel kan gaan gebruiken!”

“Abgesehen davon, dass der Lieferfahrer mich mit den ziemlich großen, sperrigen Paketen allein hat dastehen lassen, ist alles in Ordnung. Heute habe ich bei Lazy Susan nachgefragt wegen eines Tisches, von dem ich gedacht hatte, dass ich ihn bestellt hätte (hatte ich aber nicht) und er wurde mir prompt zu einem reduzierten Sonderpreis angeboten-toller Service! Ich liebe diese Gartenmöbel- hoffe, dass ich sie bald bei schönem Wetter benutzen kann!”

“Everything was brilliant until delivery, you know when its been arranged for delivery before 12 midday and that comes and goes and no delivery however lady was very helpful and it arrived at 1.45pm .”

“We have been very impressed with both the service and the product. The delivery arrived as expected and the furniture has been very easy to assemble. My only slight critisim was that the large nut caps were too small for the bolts and so certain bolts had to be left with no nut cap. However this was a very small problem and overall we are very pleased with our garden set and we have already recommended your company to someone else”

“Alles was briljant tot aan de levering. Je weet hoe dat gaat als die voor 12:00 in de ochtend geregeld is en het middaguur komt en gaat en nog steeds geen levering? Een dame was echter erg behulpzaam en ze kwamen om 1:45 aan.”

“We waren heel erg onder de indruk van zowel de service als het product. De levering kwam volgens afspraak en de tuinmeubelen waren erg gemakkelijk in elkaar te zetten. Mijn enige kleine puntje van kritiek was dat de afdekkapjes te klein waren voor de grote bouten en sommige bouten dus onbedekt bleven. Dit was echter slechts een klein probleem en in het algemeen zijn we erg tevreden met onze tuinmeubelset. We hebben jullie bedrijf al aan iemand anders aanbevolen.”
