“Das Bestellen war wirklich einfach, ich erhielt fast ohne Verzögerung die E-Mail-Bestätigun und eine E-Mail mit einem Lieferdatum für den nächsten Tag. Es wurde in der Mail nicht klar gemacht, dass ich selbst ein Lieferdatum nennen sollte, dass nach diesem datum in der E-Mail war. Jedoch hat das dann eine weitere E-Mail von euch klargestellt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem ganzen Bestellablauf und auch der Lieferfahrer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

“Die Bestellung war wirklich einfach. Ich erhielt fast sofort eine E-Mail-Bestätigung und am nächsten Tag eine weitere E-Mail mit einem Liefertermin. In der E-Mail war nicht gut erklärt, dass ich ein Datum nach dem angegebenen angeben musste. In einer weiteren E-Mail von Ihnen wurde dies jedoch klargestellt. Mit dem Bestellvorgang im Allgemeinen bin ich sehr zufrieden, und auch der Zusteller war sehr freundlich und angenehm im Umgang mit mir.”

“From order to delivery everything was OK. The delivery with TNT couldn't be tracked as promised - On delivery the parcel was just left in the garden even though nobody was home.”

“Our table top was damaged during transport. The exchange, or rather delivery of the new table top took only 2 days from England. We had very pleasant contact with the customer service team. Again anytime. The quality of the furniture completely met our expectations. The look is exactly as in the pictures on the internet, which we liked the most. We are very satisfied. We have already recommended the seller.”
