“Bestellung, Auftragsbestätigung und Übergabe an das Logistikunternehmen verliefen sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Nach Absprache kam die Lieferung genau zum richtigen Zeitpunkt an. Fünf Teile waren beschädigt (Dellen und Kratzer in der Lackierung). Nach Rücksprache schickte der Lieferant fünf neue Teile, die völlig kostenlos waren. Das Logistikunternehmen DPD versuchte zwei Stunden nach der Benachrichtigung, die Teile zuzustellen. Schließlich wurde das Paket bei einer Paketannahmestelle abgegeben. Trotz umfangreicher Kommunikation zwischen dem Lieferanten, dem Kunden und DPD war eine Hauszustellung nicht mehr möglich (Katastrophe). Nach der Nachlieferung entsprachen die bestellten Artikel unseren Erwartungen.”

“The truck carrying out table and chairs was too large for our country lanes. The driver of the truck happened to meet a local farmer/friend who brought our furniture to the door. No problem here but there was no call from the driver to see if in fact we had received the goods! We are however very pleased with the furniture.”

“Everything seems built for purpose. Assembly of the table was pretty straightforward however a small note along the lines 'Loose assemble first then tighten' would have saved some time for me. It looks great on our patio and my wife loves it (which is all important). We now look forward to a summer!! :)”
