“Ordering an Ivy Bistro Set from the internet which showed out of stock. When I telephoned I was told you did have them in stock at which time they appeared in stock on the web. Then tried to order and got to the last stages in payment and it would not accept my card. Phoned to order by telephone, it was dealt with very efficiently and delivery was arranged for the following day and received on time. Many thanks”

“The online assistant was a very helpful PERSON, the delivery time was well communicated to me with text updates, the price was very good for what I consider to be good quality furniture that is maintenance free. Happily using the furniture when it's sunny and ordered another set for a relative who was impressed with it.”

“I have already recommended Lazy Susan to friends. The patio table and chairs are exactly what I was looking for. The service was excellent. My only slight niggle is that the delivery guy was very reluctant to carry the furniture up to the door of my flat. I had to be quite insistent as there is no way I could have lifted the package on my own. All was resolved in the end but someone less assertive could have had difficulties.”
